The Role
- CQC is hiring an Area Manager for India to meet the increasing demand from companies and sovereigns in the region for carbon and sustainability solutions. This new role reports to CQC’s Chief Operating Officer in our India region. Role covers one or more of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the distribution activities including but not limited to;
- Oversight of field distribution by suitable third party identified by project implementer;
- Assistance and training to distribution agency on use of Mobile Application (APP), use of Database Management System (DMS), inventory management, Standard Operating procedures, data collection, invoicing requirements, ICL disposal etc.
- Oversight of local logistics including LED supply and warehouse management;
- Manpower management for efficient and timely distribution;
- Tracking of various timelines including LED supply, periodic stock reconciliations, distribution timelines, ICL disposal timelines, reporting timelines, etc.;
- Coordination with local authorities as and when required on project related matters;
- Timely reporting and Management Reporting (MIS) to management;
- End to end coordination with ICL disposal agency;
- End to end coordination with APP and/or DMS developer and resolution of any problems related to data capture;
- Understand the nuances of the SHINE project and advise Chief Operating Officer regarding any local project related challenges;
- Routine monitoring of DMS and/or Dashboard and APP and Data meter dashboard during distribution including but not limited to periodic site visits;
- Participate in Local meetings with stakeholders as advised by Company;
- Undertake spot checks and collect end user feedback during and post distribution and resolve challenges is any. Oversee the LED warranty and replacement process; and
- Any other task or activity as advised by Company to implement the SHINE LED distribution project.

- Proficiency in MS Office
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field required; Masters degree preferred.
- Three years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position required.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
