Job Title: Application Support Specialist, Information Technology
Location: Remote - Worldwide (overlap of U.S.A. Time Zones)

Verra has expanded the technological solutions offering through a range of technology transformation initiatives such as digitalized project development platform, digitalized methodologies, and multiple digital tools for use by both Verra Staff and external stakeholders. You bring with you...
Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; preference will be given to candidates with relevant industry-recognized certifications.
Two years of experience in information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development or another IT related support area.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to Verra’s stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them.
Proficiency in various applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
