We are currently looking for an Analyst Consultant to join our Environmental Assessment Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support to Environmental Assessment team on a range of tasks.
  • Help drive GIS capabilities across the Environmental Assessment team.
  • Provide support on linking geospatial data to other open source data and its subsequent analysis.
  • Complete field work when required for various projects across the Water Practice.
  • Support on a range of projects.
  • Deliver tasks on time and to good quality as requested.

Key competencies and experience

  • Ambition to learn.
  • An environmentally related degree.
  • Strong technical environmental assessment and GIS skills.
  • Understanding of how a consultancy works
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage you own portfolio of work in a busy environment and work to tight deadlines.

Skills and behaviours

  • Collaborative team working and communication skills.
  • Able to support field work - ideally with cold water training.
  • Flexibility and happy to work on a range of tasks both project and wider business related.
  • Driving licence.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a consultancy.
