SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking an Air Quality Project Manager to join our national Air Quality practice. This is a full-time, regular, salaried position and the person can be based in any SWCA office or can be remote. Our preferred location for this candidate is West of the Mississippi though we will also consider other locations across the continental US.
SWCA provides our clients with high quality air permitting, planning and modeling services across the country. Ideal candidates will have demonstrable consulting experience in the power generation, oil and gas, and/or industrial sectors. Experience performing noise impact assessments is also a plus. This position requires the ability to work independently and coordinate with project teams to support senior project management throughout all phases of a project’s life-cycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with all phases of project development including proposal writing, initial constraints analysis, permitting, as well as experience managing budgets, invoicing, maintaining project schedules, and supporting quality assurance / quality control efforts.

An employee in this Arlington, TX or Phoenix, AZ -based position can expect a salary of $70,200.00/year to $91,000.00/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law_._ More senior staff will be considered at higher salary ranges. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
