Your Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven projects
• Conduct process analyses and workshops to identify digital transformation potential and AI-capabilities
• Drive concept and scope definitions and feature design by involving all necessary experts and stakeholders to come up with customer-oriented solutions
• Break down functional requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, user stories/development tasks
• Document functionality and features developed for future reference
• Ensure project delivery on time within budget and scope while managing risk effectively
• Actively drive change to ensure success and sustainability of implemented solutions
• Regular project status updates to project stakeholders, senior leadership, and technical experts
• Manage and prioritize product backlog to implement product vision and support Innio’s Digital Strategy
• Contribute to create and maintain high standards in Innio’s digital product development and promote innovative solutions
• Leverage your expertise in AI to drive innovative and effective solutions in AI projects

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree (ongoing or preferably completed) in Computer Science, International Business, Engineering or related
• Several years of working experience in other software companies or multinational industries with demonstrable results
• Passionate about software development, digitalization, and new technologies
• Experienced in driving agile software projects, preferrable with product-owner certificate (SCPO)
• Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence
• Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in German and English and experience interacting with individuals at all organizational levels including the executive level
• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
