Situated within the International Development Directorate, the Advocacy and Mobilisation Manager will:

• Lead a team of three to grow our advocacy and mobilising capabilities across economic, climate and gender justice.
• Engage in advocacy and mobilisation activities, as well as economic justice work within overseas development assistance, trade, and taxation
• Create supporter mobilisation journeys, conveying complex causal stories that compel people to act.
• Work closely with the International Development Director to transform unjust systems on a regional, national and global scale
• Build and maintain relationships with key external actors eg. government, to drive policy change

• You are highly organised, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
• You have applied knowledge of international development issues within Aotearoa and Pacific cultural, economic, environmental and social contexts
• You can communicate complex policy issues clearly and concisely, for a variety of audiences across a variety of channels.
• You have experience in the planning and execution of policy change strategies.
• You are committed to building a world where everyone thrives, everywhere.
• Knowledge of, and a keen interest in, global gender, economic and climate justice is a must for this role, particularly in relation to the Pacific region.
• You have a relevant tertiary level qualification.
