Greenpeace International (GPI) is looking for a Capital Campaign Administrator to provide project management and administrative support for an ambitious campaign that is key to our global growth strategy.
Our Capital Campaign is a complex, collaborative initiative involving multiple National/Regional Organisations (NROs) and departments within the Greenpeace network. Acting as the lead administrator for the campaign and supporting the Project Manager and other stakeholders in driving multiple work streams, you will also be encouraged to play a proactive part in the campaign’s Phase II process, including offering ideas and insights to ensure work moves forward in a transparent and accessible manner.
In this role you will:
Support the Project Manager and other senior stakeholders in all facets of campaign delivery.
Coordinate the Capital Campaign project management, including monitoring timelines and outputs and supporting the identified deliverables.
Maintain budget overview and support related administrative processes with finance.
Support stakeholder connections by setting up steering committee meetings with relevant bodies, both internally and externally.
Support the output of communications plans, asset development and programmatic campaign planning.
Work closely with other teams' project managers, facilitating and maintaining strong connections.
Organise and attend regular/ad hoc meetings of stakeholders, track action points and capture meeting minutes.
Track key milestones and deadlines, manage key stakeholders and working groups, and maintain calendar oversight.

What we’re looking for:
A track record of supporting ambitious campaigns or projects, with experience in administration support roles.
Experience in the facilitation of strategic, proactive relationships and of fostering collaboration.
The self-motivation, critical thinking and resourcefulness to drive a project to success.
Experience and/or an interest in fundraising.
Experience in working with multicultural senior staff and teams, across borders.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
Willingness to work outside normal working hours if required, due to the international nature of the role.
