We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed-oriented Administrative Clerk to support our growing work helping clients address human rights challenges in their supply chains. In this role, you will be part of our Advisory practice in Asia, supporting with data entry and clerical assignments to deliver client projects related to human rights, ethical and responsible recruitment, and worker remediation programs. You will support our client’s commitment to the employer pays principle and the delivery of multi-million-dollar worker repayment and remediation activities through document verification, processing of worker applications, and review of fee transaction records. Duties & Responsibilities

This role will be instrumental in the delivery of our Human Rights practice plan through:

  • Implementation of clients’ remediation activities, including former worker reimbursement initiatives:
    • Coordinating with local teams across Southeast Asia to review worker applications and personal documentation;
    • Maintaining worker application databases and trackers for client reporting;
    • Data cleaning and verification that information is entered accurately;
    • Preparing statistical reports and visualizations for client presentations
  • Providing clerical assistance (e.g., processing invoices and payment requests) to help the Human Rights practice accomplish its goals and objectives;
  • Using ELEVATE platforms and processes (Wrike, COP and Revenue Recognition, etc.) accurately and in a timely manner

Experience & Requirements

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail required
  • Data entry or related office experience strongly preferred; though fresh graduates also welcome
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other professional software fundamentals
  • Interest in understanding of labor or human rights issues in supply chains
