Are you an energetic and proactive assistant, with successful experience in facilitating the day to day activities of teams? Do you enjoy interacting and communicating with external partners such as banks and insurers? Join us to become a key partner to Holcim’s Treasury team.

You will support the Head Group Treasury and the Treasury team in the day-to-day business, in assigned projects and in communication to internal and external stakeholders. You also manage “Know Your Customer” processes by providing relevant documentation to banks and other external stakeholders. You have the ability to effectively communicate ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The scope of this pivotal role in our team includes the following activities:

Office administration

  • Manage the Treasury administrative processes in an independent way
  • Plan and optimize the agendas of the Head Group Treasury and the team
  • Organize internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences
  • Manage travel arrangements for the Head Group Treasury and the team
  • Organize team and company events
  • Manage purchase order and invoicing process for the team
  • Provide other administrative support such as management of office supplies etc.
  • Manage topics related to the Global Treasury Community (e.g. video conferences, newsletters)
  • Facilitate the introduction of new team members

Know Your Customer (KYC) Management

  • Manage all KYC requests from internal and external stakeholders (e.g. banks) in a timely manner
  • Perform detailed and accurate information gathering
  • Ensure that the provided information is according to the company directives
  • Create / maintain database to track KYC information provided

Education/Qualifications

  • Administrative education or similar

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the area of finance and treasury and/or banking an advantage

Knowledge & Skills

  • Highly service-oriented, flexible and fun personality
  • Enjoy organizing and coordinating
  • Ability to anticipate needs of senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills on different management levels
  • Open-minded and inclusive team player
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively in international settings

  • Flair for figures
  • High comfort and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite

Language Requirements

English fluent (written and spoken). Other languages an advantage.
