ELEVATE is looking for a junior Administrative Assistant to assist the Administrative Manager in a variety of duties and projects.  This position will focus on working with our contractors specifically on travel arrangements and various expense transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle travel arrangements for our contractos to include market comparison, securing best rate

  • Track and manage contractor expenses

  • Handle the registration process for contractors in our expense reimbursement program (Freadom/Concur)

  • Manage updates and changes to travel plans

  • Work closely with the coordination team to adjust travel arrangements

  • Other duties and projects as assigned by Administrative Manager

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Fluency in English and Spanish
