ELEVATE is looking for a junior Administrative Assistant to assist the Administrative Manager in a variety of duties and projects. This position will focus on working with our contractors specifically on travel arrangements and various expense transactions.

Responsibilities:
Handle travel arrangements for our contractos to include market comparison, securing best rate
Track and manage contractor expenses
Handle the registration process for contractors in our expense reimbursement program (Freadom/Concur)
Manage updates and changes to travel plans
Work closely with the coordination team to adjust travel arrangements
Other duties and projects as assigned by Administrative Manager
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Basic knowledge of office equipment and systems
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Fluency in English and Spanish
