ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a wide variety of administrative projects for our Orlando office.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to office personnel
Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and presentations
Support facility operations with regards to supplies and equipment
Work closely with project managers and Finance team to support administrative functions and processes, such as:
Assisting with Project Set Up
Assisting with the preparation of contracts and amendments.
Coordinating contract terms and conditions review with internal Legal Counsel and clients.
Assisting with the preparation of sub-consulting agreements
Coordinating issuing Certificates of Insurance with our insurance company
Assisting with monthly progress report preparation
Coordinating with subconsultants and vendors for accounts payables
Change agent for strategic and tactical improvements

Qualifications
Hiring Salary Range: $19/hr - $24/hr. However, the final agreed-upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, and experience.
