Dillon’s Environmental Sciences technical group is looking for an Acoustics, Noise and Vibration Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior customer experience.
At Dillon, we operate as one team. This position is available at any of the following Dillon offices: Ontario: Chatham, Kitchener, London, Oakville, Ottawa, Toronto, and Windsor
What your day will look like
Project Management & Design (82%)
Business Development (15%)
Learning & Development (3%)
What you will need to succeed
Experience in many of the following areas of service:
environmental noise
building acoustics
land development assessment
noise monitoring
vibration monitoring and assessment
noise abatement
Knowledge of acoustic assessment study requirements and facility permitting procedures
An understanding of federal, provincial, and municipal laws, guidelines, and regulations pertaining to noise and vibration issues
Demonstrated abilities in project teamwork and client relationship building
Ability to work independently and thrive in an environment that provides quality, solution-oriented consulting services
Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
