Accounting Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist the FD with the day-to-day, monthly and year-end reports of GrainPro Asia

Processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all

invoices and employee reimbursements are paid accurately and on time

Monitoring of Accounts Receivable and update collection on NetSuite.

Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations

Verifying / checking of inventory count

Assist in month/year-end closing

Maintain documentation related to accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury

Prepare documents for audit and tax-related reporting

Ensures that work performed conforms to the quality standard set by GrainPro and is aware of the implication of non- conformance

Other duties that maybe assigned by the immediate supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; with 2+ years of accounting experience.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong numeracy and analytical skills.

Good problem-solving and time management skills.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

NetSuite Accounting Software knowledge is an advantage.
