Accounting Intern - Native Hungarian

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Record and disburse T&L expense reports, reconcile and pay credit card statements
• Record tasks in closing checklist to ensure all close related activities are completed
• Identify and resolve issues across different sets of T&L data
• Ensure transactions are booked in the right period through understanding of global closing calendars
• Being accounting contact for employees, answering their questions related to preparing T&L reports in compliance to policy
• Provide help in performing monthly and quarterly account reconciliation to Senior T&L accountants
• Provide ad hoc reports to HQ, local team and other finance functions
• Provide timely and appropriate financial data and supporting documentation to auditing

**Your profile:
**

• Ongoing university studies in any stream, or related discipline (Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, etc.)
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Ability to organize, assess and prioritize tasks
• Team player mentality and ability to work in an international and dynamic team
• Effective interpersonal & communication skills and highly professional style
