Account Manager

One Tree Planted is looking to hire an Account Manager (Europe) to join our fundraising team to help manage business partner relationships. We’re looking for somebody who is driven and wants to make the world a little greener by raising money to support our reforestation projects all over the world.

One Tree Planted is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on global reforestation. As an environmental charity, we are dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity and help reforestation efforts around the world. All by planting trees!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Frequent 15-minute introductory zoom meetings with potential business partners
• Manage 100+ corporate donor relationships
• Assist in strategies for donor retention
• Contact inbound leads through email, phone calls or setting up zoom calls
• Be efficient in executing donor agreements with the team
• Continuous, ongoing tasks and updates for business partners
• Maintain a high level of professionalism with donors and work to establish a positive rapport with every enquiry
• Work with the management team to stay updated on organization knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies
• Provide ideas on how to continuously improve and grow the organization
• Help ensure the information in Salesforce is always up to date

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising/account management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be comfortable speaking with several different prospects per day on zoom
• Experience working in Salesforce & G-Suite
• Is creative and can help develop unique fundraising strategies to drive funding toward our planting projects
• Location: Berlin, Germany. Option of remote & open to other locations in Europe.
