The Account Executive is responsible for the development of new business relationships by partnering with schools and corporations to offer Farm Fresh To You to their employees and community members. The Account Executive connects with businesses, determine the needs of the client, build relationships, and follow the client throughout the sales and integration process. This position plays an essential role in shaping the growth of Farm Fresh To You regionally and nationally via these channels in order to scale and grow the business of Farm Fresh To You. This is a full-time remote position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• New business development through cold calling, networking, and warm leads to meet sales quotas
• Follow up, educate, and close substantial volume of new business
• Implementing sales programs with existing accounts
• Gain understanding of customer needs & effectively communicate how Farm Fresh To You will fulfill them
• Give telephone/web/in-person presentations
• Prepare partnership/invoice statements for clients
• Provide ongoing feedback to various internal departments for continuous process optimization
• Manage pipeline and provide metrics on opportunities
• Complete administrative tasks and order processing on schedule and with accuracy
• Follow industry trends and gather/report on valuable customer feedback to help us grow
• Contribute individually and also as a member of the Farm Fresh To You sales team
• Understanding of the functionality of a Sales Database (CRM)
• Perform other duties as required to meet company needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2 years of full-time business to business sales experience required
• Minimum 2 years account management or sales experience required
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience preferred
• BA/BS degree is required
• Superb verbal, phone & written communication skills
• A positive team-oriented attitude and desire to succeed
• Self-directed, a quick study, and an enthusiastic team player with a desire to grow their career in sales
• Proficiency with software, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general computer skills
